Joe Fontana

Joe Fontana, Mia’s dad, is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of the Mia Fontana Foundation. A Maryland native and Boston College graduate, Joe began his career in software development and later joined IBM in sales before becoming CEO of MOSAIC, a successful print communications company.

 

For Joe, true leadership is about more than results. It’s about expecting the best in others while supporting them through both successes and setbacks. He deeply cares about helping people grow, build resilience, and feel supported — values that drive his work with the Foundation every day.

Joe cherishes quality time with family and friends, enjoys walks with his dog Scooby, and stays active with pickleball and golf.
