About the event

You may have anxiety challenges and not realize it, or could benefit through understanding and supporting other friends or family members who do. Our goal is to open up the conversation around anxiety, help people identify, understand and manage symptoms, and know when to reach out for support. Most importantly, it shows people that they are not alone, and that anxiety challenges are 100% treatable. Dr. Ryan DeLapp, Ph.D. in clinical psychology, will be available after the screening to answer your questions.
