About the event

You may have anxiety challenges and not realize it. Our goal is to open up the conversation around anxiety, help people identify, understand and manage symptoms, and know when to reach out for support. Dr. Ryan DeLapp, Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, leads a discussion that encourages vulnerability to discuss anxiety, its causes, and personal expectations. Core Fears like failure and inadequacy are introduced and prompt reflection amongst students. The session covers coping skills such as cognitive, physical, and breath work techniques and concludes with a reflection.
