About the event

We encourage parents to watch this film with their children.  Viewers may have anxiety challenges and not realize it, or could benefit through understanding and supporting other friends or family members who do. Our goal is to open up the conversation around anxiety, help people understand and manage their symptoms, and know when to reach out for support. Most importantly, it shows people that they are not alone, and that anxiety is 100% treatable. Alex Berthe, LCSW-C, MSW, (Berthe Counseling) will be available after the screening to answer your questions.
