About the event

Students may have anxiety challenges and not realize it, or could benefit through understanding and supporting other friends or family members who do. Our goal is to open up the conversation around anxiety, helping students understand and manage their symptoms, and when to reach out for help. Most importantly, it shows people that they are not alone, and that anxiety is 100% treatable. A mental health professional will be available after the screening to answer student questions.
